Frank Toub focuses his practice on litigation matters across various industries, including construction and health care.

Professional Biography


Mr. Toub is an associate located in the Firm's Nashville office and a member of the Advocacy Department. He assists clients in state and federal court in Tennessee in navigating construction disputes, health care disputes, and government investigations.

Prior to attending law school, Frank served in the United States Army as an infantry officer with the First Brigade Combat Team, "Bastogne," at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. During law school, he clerked for both the Honorable Eli J. Richardson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the Honorable Jeffrey S. Bivins of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Frank also served as the president of Belmont's moot court team.
