Please join us as we kick off a bimonthly webinar series aimed at labor and employment issues in the health care field. This series is perfect for in-house counsel responsible for personnel issues, HR executives and other professionals.

Our first session is focused on the federal contractor obligations the health care industry must abide by. With the DOL and the OFCCP taking a greater focus on the health care industry in the past few years, your organization needs to be prepared to respond when an agent with an audit letter knocks on your door. Attendees learn how to determine whether their organization is a federal contractor; what being a federal contractor means in the health care industry; what your organization must do to comply with the regulations and executive orders currently covering federal contractors; options for requesting to be exempted from these requirements; and the potential consequences for failing to comply. This is particularly important for Tricare subcontractors who are facing the expiration of the OFCCP's enforcement moratorium in June 2019.
