Join Baker Donelson shareholders Thomas H. Barnard and Joe D. Whitley at the Federal Bar Association's Current Issues in Government Investigations program on Thursday, April 26, in Washington, D.C.

Hear from four panels of practice area experts on a variety of current topics including congressional and other special investigations; the investigation and prosecution of whistleblowers; the coordination of parallel civil and criminal enforcement proceedings; and the increase in multijurisdictional enforcement in FCPA investigations. There will also be a special presentation by the Hon. Kenneth W. Starr, former United States Solicitor General, along with Mr. Whitley, former general counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

The program will begin with registration and breakfast at 9:00 a.m. ET and will conclude following a networking reception from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. ET. The event is free for all Federal Bar Association members, and $95 for non-members.
