Franchisors have many tools to enhance the franchisor/franchisee relationship, including surveys geared toward promoting honest feedback and fostering a "partnership" mindset. Our Fall FBN meeting offers presentations on creating and using franchisee surveys for system assessment and promoting system development. Nationally-recognized professionals Jeff Johnson, who offers franchisee satisfaction research through Franchise Research Institute, and Joe Mathews, who specializes in franchise lead generation and franchisee recruitment, will join us from Nashville.

Our Program:
What Franchising Can Learn from Relationship Counselors – Jeffrey Johnson, Founder and CEO, Franchise Research Institute
How Franchisee Survey Validation Drives Results – Joe Mathews, CEO and Founder, Franchise Performance Group

An open forum for questions and discussion will follow the presentations.

Jeff Johnson has offered a free FranSurvey Express (including data review, report preparation and follow-up consultation) with no strings attached for qualified October FBN attendees. We will send details to all who register.

Baker Donelson is pleased to host IFA's quarterly Franchise Business Network events, which brings together franchisors, franchisees, and industry suppliers, for substantive programming and conversation on the latest business and legislative developments in the franchise world.
