Please join Baker Donelson's GDPR Team Co-Leader and Chair of the Nashville IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter Andy Droke for a discussion with a distinguished panel from the Tennessee Attorney General's Office.

In this IAPP KnowledgeNet meeting, a group of attorneys from the Tennessee Attorney General's Office, including Chief Deputy Jonathan Skrmetti, will discuss what information the Office considers when a breach occurs, how investigations typically proceed, and how investigations can be resolved.
