Baker Donelson's Jennifer P. Keller Named Among Human Resource Executive's Most Powerful Employment Attorneys

Jennifer P. Keller of Baker Donelson has been named to Human Resource Executive's® annual list of "The Nation's Most Powerful Employment Lawyers."

A joint project of Human Resource Executive and Lawdragon, the list recognizes employment lawyers who stand out for their ability to guide employers through the constantly evolving laws governing the workplace.

Ms. Keller, president and COO of Baker Donelson, is an employment litigator in the Firm's Johnson City office, where she advises clients on a wide variety of issues, including discipline and terminations, benefits issues, leave, disability accommodation, policy formulation and enforcement, and similar matters. A substantial part of her practice is providing training for employers in the areas of harassment and discrimination prevention, drug-free workplace, union avoidance and other employment law issues. A graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Law, Ms. Keller has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® as a leading attorney since 2008 and by Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2010.

The selection process for Human Resource Executive's list of "The Nation's Most Powerful Employment Lawyers" includes online balloting and submissions, research and vetting as well as editorial and peer review. To be included, lawyers typically have practiced more than 20 years, have amassed a list of remarkable accomplishments, have chaired their firm's employment department and have often been selected to lead a state or national employment-bar organization.
