- This session will explore artificial intelligence and the ethical implications of their use, including but not limited to state regulation of the unauthorized practice of law.

- State of Employment Law
- Speaker: Randy Patterson – 1 hour general credit
- We will discuss various federal acts along with recent trends that impact most U.S. employers. Some of the highlights will include the power and process of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and pivotal decisions in the federal courts.
