Dear Member of the Mid-South Franchise Community:

Please plan to join us for the Winter 2011 Franchise Business Network meeting on January 18, 2011. Lunch will start promptly at 12:30 p.m. (Eastern) and 11:30 a.m. (Central). The meeting will take place in six locations, including our Birmingham, Chattanooga, Jackson (MS), Knoxville, Memphis and Nashville offices, where we will enjoy the presentations via video conference.

Our theme for this quarter's meeting is "Making Mediation Work In Franchising."

An open forum for questions and discussion will follow the presentations.

We look forward to seeing you on January 18.
