OSHA has been a very busy enforcement agency during the Obama Administration. With two more years to go, and uncertainty as to what the next administration will do, what can employers expect? If you have not had experience with an OSHA inspection or even if you have, you will benefit from hearing what to expect from OSHA, how to be prepared if they show up at your workplace, and what you can do if you are fined by OSHA.
