Two Baker Donelson Attorneys Named Among "CleanTech 100"

(Nashville, TN/April 3, 2013) Baker Donelson is pleased to announce that Nashville attorneys Lauren W. Anderson and Scott D. Carey have been named among the LMG Clean Technology and Renewable Energy's "CleanTech 100."

The inaugural edition of LMG Clean Technology and Renewable Energy highlights attorneys and firms that play an important role in assisting clients with clean technology and renewable energy products and infrastructure. The "CleanTech 100" list is comprised of the top 100 clean technology and renewable energy attorneys practicing in the industry as determined by interviews and surveys of partners.

Ms. Anderson concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate securities and mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of Baker Donelson's Solar Initiative and Emerging Companies team and serves as general counsel to the Tennessee Solar Energy Industries Association (TenneSEIA). Ms. Anderson has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2007 in the areas of Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law.

Mr. Carey is the managing shareholder of Baker Donelson's Nashville office, where he concentrates his practice in complex business and tort litigation with a special emphasis on transportation-related litigation. He chairs Baker Donelson's Solar Initiative and is a member of the American Solar Energy Society and the Solar Electric Power Association. Mr. Carey is also a board member of TenneSEIA and has been listed in Mid-South Super Lawyers and in The Best Lawyers in America since 2007.
