The inaugural edition of LMG Clean Technology and Renewable Energy highlights attorneys and firms that play an important role in assisting clients with clean technology and renewable energy products and infrastructure. The "CleanTech 100" list is comprised of the top 100 clean technology and renewable energy attorneys practicing in the industry as determined by interviews and surveys of partners.
Ms. Anderson concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate securities and mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of Baker Donelson's Solar Initiative and Emerging Companies team and serves as general counsel to the Tennessee Solar Energy Industries Association (TenneSEIA). Mr. Carey is the managing shareholder of Baker Donelson's Nashville office, where he concentrates his practice in complex business and tort litigation with a special emphasis on transportation-related litigation.
