The recently enacted Health Care Reform legislation (the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and its related reconciliation bill, Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010) constitute the most comprehensive legislative change affecting employee benefits since the enactment of ERISA. Please join Andrea Bailey Powers and David Gevertz at a Breakfast Briefing seminar focusing on the impact of health care reform on employers and plan sponsors of group health plans. The seminar will provide a broad overview of the new law, as well as a more detailed discussion of those provisions that will have a more significant or immediate effect on employers

  • The "Age 26 Rule" for coverage for adult children;
