During this interactive session, we will take a close look at the significant legislative and regulatory actions and case law decisions affecting employment law in 2012, and we will discuss how those actions and decisions have impacted the workplace. We will also look ahead into the new year and discuss what employers can expect from an employment law standpoint in 2013.

This program is pending CLE credit with the State Bar of Georgia. We will provide materials upon request if you are seeking CLE credit with a different state bar. This program has been submitted to the HRCI for recertification credit.
