Social media is no longer the cutting edge of technology, but rather a "must have" for companies and other organizations to communicate with customers, clients or other consumers.  Litigation and investigations involving online postings are on the rise, and officers and directors of many organizations are often left guessing at the correct use of social media as it pertains to their duties.  Join us as we discuss liability issues for officers and directors in the online world, including risk management, policies, statutory concerns, corporate governance and recent issues faced by other organizations in this context.  This seminar is a must for any officer, director or other executive of an organization, as well as those who help advise other individuals on their duties.
