OSHA was a very busy enforcement agency during the first Obama Administration. With four more years, what can employers expect? If you have not had experience with an OSHA inspection, or even if you have, you will benefit from hearing what to expect from OSHA, how to be prepared if they show up at your workplace and what you can do if you are fined by OSHA.
