The importance of an Employee Handbook cannot be overstated. In one "book," you can literally stamp out claims or open your company to an entire new set of claims. This session will look at the standard provisions that should be included in a handbook, as well as a discussion of some of the dos and don’ts related to Employee Handbooks.

Continuing Education Credit:
This program is pending CLE credit approval in the state of Mississippi. This program has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review.
