(Orlando, FL/May 30, 2012) Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, announces the addition of Michael Starks to the Firm's Orlando office.
Mr. Starks, who joins as of counsel and a member of Baker Donelson's Financial Institutions practice group, represents and defends mortgage loan originators, servicers and investors in consumer finance litigation and complex commercial matters. He has more than 15 years of experience as a litigator, and has represented clients in all phases of litigation across a broad spectrum of legal areas. A 1996 magna cum laude graduate of the Florida State University College of Law, Mr. Starks is a member of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar and has served on the editorial board of the Florida Bar Journal.
Mr. Starks is the third attorney to join Baker Donelson's Orlando office in the last month.
