(Jackson, MS / August 22, 2013) Anita Beth Adams has joined Baker Donelson's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions group as of counsel in the Firm's Jackson, Mississippi office.
Mrs. Adams concentrates her practice in the areas of general business transactional and tax matters and health care law. She also focuses on corporate and tax law for U.S. clients with domestic and international interests. Mrs. Adams has experience advising clients on corporate, limited liability company and partnership matters, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate tax planning. Her practice also includes federal and state tax issues for exempt organization planning.
A 2001 graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, Mrs. Adams is licensed to practice in New York, Tennessee and Mississippi. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi and is a member of Baker Donelson's Women's Initiative Committee.
