During this interactive session, we will take a close look at the significant legislative and regulatory actions and case law decisions affecting employment law in 2014. We will discuss how those actions and decisions have impacted the workplace. We will also look ahead into the new year and discuss what employers can expect from an employment law standpoint in 2015.

This program is pending CLE credit approval in the state of Mississippi. It has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review.
