During its recent term, the U.S. Supreme Court issued some important and far-reaching employment law decisions affecting employers nationwide.
In this informative session, we will provide an overview of the Court and its composition and tune in to recent decisions impacting employers such as Epic Systems v. Lewis and Masterpiece Cakeshop, Ltd. v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission, among other important decisions. We will also tap dance our way into the 2018 – 2019 session and take a look at employment law cases that may have future impact on employers.
