Mr. Wolf advises domestic and international clients on public policy issues by providing political analysis insights and strategic policy advice to reach their objectives. His portfolio includes clients in the financial sector, foreign governments and Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining The Daschle Group, Spencer worked for Baker Donelson as a defense consultant. In that role, he advised military base clients on new mission opportunities and provided support on Capitol Hill and in the Department of Defense. He also worked with defense contractors, advising them on military technologies and Congressional policy developments. Prior to Baker Donelson, he worked as an aide to Senator Kent Conrad (D-ND).
