Baker Donelson has named Jennifer G. Cooper as chair of the Firm's Product Liability and Mass Tort Group.
A shareholder in Baker Donelson's Atlanta office, Ms. Cooper primarily concentrates her practice on tort defense and business litigation and assists clients with ongoing legal issues and litigation matters, including coordination of nationwide litigation and development of in-house legal project management programs.
Ms. Cooper is a founding member of the Association of Corporate Counsel Georgia Chapter Women's Initiative Steering Committee. She is actively involved in Baker Donelson's Women's Initiative, having served as a member of the Advisory Committee, chair of the Marketing Committee, Atlanta office liaison, and a parental leave advisor. In 2018, she was named the recipient of the Baker Donelson Work-Life Warrior Award in recognition of her commitment to promoting a healthy work-life balance and for advocating on behalf of work-life balance issues for others. Ms. Cooper presently serves on the Firm's Atlanta Strategic Planning Committee and is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
