Shawn Sentilles, an intellectual property attorney with more than 25 years of experience, has joined Baker Donelson as of counsel in the Firm's Memphis office.
Mr. Sentilles represents clients in intellectual property litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, trade secret protection, intellectual property licensing and due diligence.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Sentilles served as in-house patent counsel at a multi-national publicly-traded medical device company, where he oversaw intellectual property litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, trade secret protection, intellectual property clearance, acquisitions and divestitures, licensing and health care compliance.
A graduate of Tulane Law School, Mr. Sentilles serves on the executive council of the Tennessee Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section and previously served as a member of the advisory council of the Legal Assistance Volunteers for Patent Applicants for Tennessee.
