Mr. Jamieson concentrates his practice on a wide range of real estate matters, including real estate finance, leasing, due diligence, and the disposition and development of commercial properties. He serves as a trusted advisor to landlords, buyers, sellers, developers, and tenants as they navigate the acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and sale of real estate.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Jamieson practiced law in London, United Kingdom and Sydney, Australia where he represented clients on a broad array of real estate dispositions, sales, and leasing and finance matters, including issues related to the management of the UK property portfolio of a private equity group headquartered in the United States.
