Alisa Chestler, chair of the Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity Group at Baker Donelson, will walk you through the practical, legal and ethical issues associated with a data incident. Whether the incident involves customer, employee or proprietary information, management must be prepared in advance.
Ms. Chestler will discuss the hiring of experienced employees, compliance programs, training expectations, incident response and an update on the enforcement environment.
