Professional Biography

Chad Sisk is an attorney in Baker Donelson's Nashville office and a member of the eDiscovery, Document Review and Investigative Services Group. His practice focuses on providing eDiscovery expertise in litigation issues and counseling clients on best practices.

Clients and trial teams turn to Chad for practical guidance on all aspects of eDiscovery. He offers insight on cases encompassing a wide array of issues, including white collar criminal defense, intellectual property rights, insurance recovery and regulatory investigations. He counsels teams on key aspects of eDiscovery, including strategic approaches to discovery in litigation, managing data preservation, technology assisted document review, and preparing documents for production pursuant to electronic discovery protocols.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Chad represented clients of an Am Law 100 firm in litigation and discovery matters involving construction defect insurance claims, Federal Emergency Management Agency-related discovery claims, and insurance claims related to natural disaster.
