Baker Donelson's Women's Initiative Committee invites you to its Third Annual "Wrap it Up" event. Bring your holiday gifts to be wrapped by our professional gift wrappers while you "wrap up" your ethics and professionalism CLE requirements with our free program, "Crossing the Line: When In-House Counsel’s Work Product Becomes Discoverable."

Description of CLE Program: How do you avoid "crossing the line" and becoming the client? This presentation will offer guidance to in-house counsel on how to avoid losing the protections afforded by the attorney–client privilege and the work-product doctrine when representing their clients. We will focus on Georgia law and how to protect communications with your client and materials prepared "in anticipation of litigation." The presentation will also focus on the ground rules for evaluating who the client is – the company or the individual – when in-house counsel interact with employees, officers and board members.

Presentation by Jennifer G. Cooper, Shareholder, Baker Donelson

* Program is being submitted for CLE credit
