It is virtually impossible to guarantee success in court, and it is often just as difficult to prevent lawsuits from being filed.  But employers can do a few things that will enhance their chances for success when the inevitable lawsuit is filed, and which can deter the filing of lawsuits in the first place.  Join us as we examine recent verdicts in employment cases and analyze what specifically helped employers secure defense victories, as well as what could have been done to avoid the lawsuits.  We will also explore recent trends in EEOC case filings and discuss practices designed to avoid becoming a named defendant in an action filed by federal and state agencies.

While you cannot prevent an employee from filing a lawsuit, we will share with you practical tips your organization can implement to help avoid becoming the next headline.
