The EEOC has made clear that employers should be conducting meaningful anti-harassment training of all employees, particularly in the wake of #MeToo. In this webinar, we will discuss how effective and documented training can provide a legal defense if an employee makes a harassment claim against his or her employer.
The program will also cover appropriate training content and how best to tailor training based on the type of workforce, including the "gig" economy, remote or independent work, large and small workforces, shift-based employees, and other variations of the traditional workplace.
