Under the leadership of Director Craig Leen, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has become a more active and more efficient compliance and enforcement agency.
In this session, we will discuss the 13 new directives issued by the Leen OFCCP, as well as the various different types of compliance reviews now being conducted by the agency, all with an eye towards best practices for compliance.
