During the briefing, Kim will cover important legal updates from the first half of 2022, including:
- New state laws on medical marijuana, DEI training, and use of E-Verify;
- Federal and state CROWN Act developments;
- Workplace bullying court cases;
- Jury verdicts against employers for failing to respond to harassment complaints; and
- Changes in the salary level for FLSA exempt status.
