We are nearing the end of our hypothetical employee's tenure with the company. Please join us in this final session on the employee life cycle as we address common issues prior to, during, and after an employment relationship ends. More specifically, in this session we will discuss disciplinary issues, including helpful policies and procedures to address infractions and documentation.
We will also discuss separations from employment, including resignations, terminations, and other reasons for separation. Finally, we will address severance/separation agreements and issues that might occur after the employment relationship ends.
