Health care providers face a climate of increased investigation coupled with a rapidly changing business environment. With the substantial uptick in government investigations, False Claims, and whistleblower litigation, serious legal challenges to the health care industry are on the rise. Add to that an ever-changing environment with new and creative ways for hospitals, surgery centers, outpatient facilities, and physicians to interact, and you have a recipe for potential disaster.
