Designed specifically for non-managers, our first module is a fast-paced, 25-minute introduction to common harassment policies, featuring a long look at sexual harassment. The module includes a series of situational quiz questions and permits the employee to proceed at his or her own pace by clicking the "Next" button, both of which help to ensure interaction and completion. If desired, the module can be customized with your company logo, specific policies, and voice-over. This module is not intended to replace live training sessions which are preferred by the EEOC. Instead, it is an option for employers to fill the gaps.
