Alex Breazeale assists clients in commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts in South Carolina. She has developed in-depth knowledge and experience in eDiscovery and the understanding, management, and organization of complex discovery, including document review and organization, as well as witness preparation in complex cases. She has experience in litigating various design and construction cases, environmental claims, business and commercial disputes and business fraud cases. In addition, Alex has experience in handling False Claims Act and qui tam matters in industries such as health care and energy.
While at the University of South Carolina, Alex interned with Michelin North America and the Southern Company. Before launching her legal career, she was a supply chain analyst at Michelin North America, where she managed supply chain and logistics projects, as well as the transportation budget for the business.
