ABA President Linda A. Klein urges lawyers to protect the rule of law, defend the Constitution and defend our values during what she calls "our defining moment"-- "We will never give in. Never, never, never, never."

She also highlights critical issues facing lawyers: filling federal judge seats, immigration challenges, adequate funding for the Legal Services Corporation and criminal justice reform.

Additionally, Klein underscores the importance of Law Day 2017 and its theme, "The 14th Amendment: Transforming American Democracy."
