William N. Reed Named Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America

(Jackson, MS/September 9, 2008) William N. Reed of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).

A shareholder in the Firm's Jackson office, Mr. Reed concentrates his practice in the area of litigation with a focus on class action, product liability, toxic tort, insurance and franchise litigation. Mr. Reed has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® list (Copyright 2008 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.) in the practice areas of business litigation and personal injury litigation; by Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers as a leading commercial litigation lawyer in Mississippi; and by Mid-South Super Lawyers in the practice area of personal injury defense.
