Please join Baker Donelson Of Counsel and Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Litigation Subcommittee Grady Garrison and other professionals for a roundtable discussion on the limits of patent exhaustion for self-replicating technologies, a focus of Bowman v. Monsanto, which was recently argued before the U.S. Supreme Court. Learn what the Justices are thinking about the intersection of patent law and soybean reproduction, and help forecast the forthcoming decision.
