Social media is everywhere, including the workplace, and employers are increasingly faced with trying to manage it and the complications it causes. By now, it seems as if there are as many situations in which management may encounter social media at work as there are social media sites and apps. During this session, we’ll discuss successful policies and approaches that will allow your company to minimize legal risks while maximizing the benefits of social media.
