Robert Divine Quoted in Politico About Watchdog Report on Investor-Visa Program

Advocates for a program that grants foreigners green cards for investing money in job-creating projects in the U.S. are fretting that a recent government watchdog report which found an appearance of political favoritism in the effort could undermine support in Congress for reauthorizing the investor-visa program before it expires in September. In this Politico article, former USCIS acting director Robert Divine discusses the impact the report will have. 

"You're hearing a lot about it and you’re going to hear a lot more, whether you like it or not," Mr. Divine said. "This thing is not going away. It is political fodder and it's unavoidable."
