(Orlando, FL / September 29, 2014) Michelle Swiren Zaltsberg has joined Baker Donelson as an associate in the Firm's Orlando office.
Ms. Zaltsberg is a member of Baker Donelson's Business Litigation Group where she practices commercial litigation, helping clients resolve their complex business disputes. She also has significant experience litigating insurance coverage and insurance bad faith matters, primarily under commercial property, commercial general liability, errors and omissions, and travel agency policies. She also has experience filing and defending bid protests on the state level, as well as litigating patent and products liability matters.
A 2008 cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Mrs. Zaltsberg is a member of the Orange County and American Bar Associations, as well as the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Zaltsberg received her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia.
