Join Baker Donelson Shareholder and Legal Project Management Officer David A. Rueff Jr. as he presents, "Legal Project Management: Working with Outside Counsel to Manage Budgets, Timelines and Expectations" to the Georgia chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) on February 18, 2014.

Mr. Rueff will provide an overview of Baker Donelson's legal project management system and will explain how Baker Donelson and other firms are employing these techniques to improve the legal service delivery model. Learn about how these techniques can be used to clarify and define the scope of the matter at the outset of a legal engagement to set a budget that more accurately addresses your expectations, how firms are implementing technology to provide you with more regular updates on performance against budgets, either in a single case or a portfolio of cases, and how this information can be integrated with key dates and case management updates to provide you with a complete snapshot of performance.
