This seminar provides practical advice and guidance for employers to reduce the risk of lawsuits or government action for violating employee leave and accommodation requirements under the FMLA, the ADA and the Georgia Workers' Compensation laws.

Our speaker will review employers' obligations under the law and will identify and discuss common areas of confusion and liability.
