Intellectual Property Attorney Grady M. Garrison Returns to Baker Donelson

(Memphis, TN/May 22, 2007) The law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC announces the return of Grady M. Garrison to the Firm.

Mr. Garrison, who joins as of counsel in Baker Donelson's Memphis office, concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property law and franchise law. He has experience in trademark, copyright, franchising, antitrust and trade regulation matters, as well as licensing and related litigation and transactional issues. From 1992 to 1999, he headed Baker Donelson's Intellectual Property Group. A member of the Tennessee Intellectual Property Association and the author of numerous articles on intellectual property topics, Mr. Garrison has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® list (Copyright 2007 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken S.C.) in the areas of franchise law and intellectual property law and by Mid-South Super Lawyers in the practice area of intellectual property. He is also Roundtable Moderator for the American Bar Association Litigation Subcommittee on Intellectual Property Litigation, and will be moderating the upcoming event "Who is Liable for Speech in Cyberspace?" at noon on May 24 at Baker Donelson's downtown Memphis office at 165 Madison Avenue.
