Politics and religion are hot-button issues that have the potential to become volatile and erupt into workplace conduct that is (or is perceived as) discriminatory. Not only are employers obligated to prevent discriminatory conduct, they are also obligated to reasonably accommodate religious beliefs as well as an employee's ability to engage in the political process. During this session, learn how politics and religion impact your company and what you need to know to avoid a costly mistake.
