The holidays can be a frightful time for employers. In this session, we'll discuss how employers can best navigate seasonal pitfalls like holiday parties, religious and personal beliefs in the workplace, and leave policies. We'll also identify best practices for this time of year. Finally, we'll reveal what presents and other goodies the U.S. Supreme Court has planned for employers in 2015.
