Birmingham News Features Baker Donelson's Participation in National Run at Work Day

Employees of Baker Donelson's Birmingham office took the challenge to participate in National Run at Work day. The company hosted the "Couch to Three Mile" program to help first-time runners. This was done to encourage those employees who were not runners. Daily emails of encouragement and healthier food choices at meetings helped employees prepare for the race.
