Put on your black robe and bring your gavel. In this interactive session, we will focus on the most recent cases from the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. We will discuss the facts, the issues and the Court’s views on the ADEA, ADA, Title VII, GINA and the FMLA. You decide how you would have ruled. Would you have dismissed the case or sent it to the jury? We respectfully request your presence.
