(Memphis, TN / August 7, 2014) Baker Donelson has been ranked among the top law firms in the country in the 2015 edition of Vault, Inc.'s "Best Law Firms to Work For" and "Best Law Firms for Diversity."
Baker Donelson ranked eleventh in the country in the "Best Law Firms to Work For" list, a prominent national ranking based on feedback from thousands of law firm associates across the country who were asked to rate their law firms on a number of quality-of-life categories. For the second consecutive year, the Firm achieved a first place ranking in the category of Transparency. Baker Donelson was also ranked among the top ten law firms nationally in the categories of Formal Training (eighth place) and Firm Culture (ninth place).
On Vault's "Best Law Firms for Diversity" list, Baker Donelson ranked tenth overall in the country. This national ranking includes five separate categories for diversity, with the overall ranking determined by a formula that weighs all the categories evenly. Baker Donelson was ranked among the top ten law firms nationally in the categories of diversity for women (seventh) and diversity for minorities (ninth).
