(Johnson City, TN / July 20, 2010) Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, is pleased to announce that R. Andrew Hutchinson has joined the Firm's Johnson City office as the newest addition to Baker Donelson's Litigation Department.
Mr. Hutchinson, who joins the Firm as associate, has a broad range of experience in civil litigation matters and contract disputes on behalf of a diverse client base. He also has experience in negotiating and drafting license agreements, commercial transactions and the formation and acquisition of various business entities.
A graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, Mr. Hutchinson previously served as an intern to Chief Judge Jon P. McCalla of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Hutchinson is licensed to practice in Tennessee and the District of Columbia and is a member of the American, Tennessee and Washington County Bar Associations.
