Mr. Yonchak is an associate in the Firm's Securities and Corporate Governance Group where he represents companies across a wide range of industries in public and private debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and various other transactions and corporate matters. A 2009 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Yonchak also provides strategic counseling on many aspects of corporate governance best practices and SEC compliance and reporting.
